We are a complimentary room-blocking service for anyone looking to book 10 or more rooms.

RESERVE is typically paid 7-10% commission on all room blocks. A portion of those proceeds will be delivered to the planner as a benefit for partnering with RESERVE. Email us today to join the exclusive community of planners partnering with RESERVE.

Do you come on-site?

Our service is entirely virtual and remote unless added attendee management is requested. All details within the booking are the responsibility of the client after the contract with the hotel has been provided.

No, we do not. This service is designed for room blocks of 10 or more.

How do I receive my commission?

You will receive payment by check within 3-6 months after the reservation is completed. This is contingent upon when we receive payment from hoteliers and is subject to change.

This commission is given as a travel agency incentive and can’t be passed off as a discount or lower rate for the guest room rate.
